About Maddie
Maddie returned to the Foundation Chapter part-time in October 2025 as Foundation Chapter Support Specialist and now serves full-time as the Foundation Chapter’s Development Operations Coordinator.
In her role, Maddie oversees the Foundation Chapter’s day-to-day development operations, including donor gift processing and acknowledgments, scholarship administration, reporting, database management, and fundraising support. She also leads technology and process improvements, manages marketing initiatives, and supports special projects that advance the Foundation Chapter’s mission and enhance the donor experience.
A 2022 graduate of the University of Indianapolis, Maddie earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Political Science. While at UIndy, she founded and served as president of Her Campus at Indy, a student organization dedicated to empowering collegiate women.
