Officer Leadership Training Conferences

The Officer Leadership Training Conferences are Theta Chi’s annual, in-person trainings for newly elected chapter and colony officers. Held each January, these conferences run concurrently and are designed to equip officers with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to lead effectively from day one. Attendance is required for each designated position, and no substitutions or proxies are permitted. Registration and lodging are covered by the International Fraternity; participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from the event.

Sasser Presidents Conference

Held each January for newly elected Chapter and Colony Presidents, the Sasser Presidents Conference is a two-day training focused on Theta Chi’s policies and operational expectations, effective chapter leadership, and building a strong support network with fellow presidents from across North America.

Vice Presidents Forum

The Vice Presidents Forum is a two-day January training for newly elected Chapter and Colony Vice Presidents. Participants dive into Theta Chi policies and standards, leadership development, and practical strategies for supporting presidents and strengthening chapter operations, while connecting with vice presidents from other chapters and colonies.

Marshals Summit

Marshals Summit prepares newly elected Marshals to lead a meaningful, consistent new member experience through The Resolute Journey®, our standardized pledge education program. The conference also covers the Marshal’s role in mentoring members, fostering accountability, and encouraging brothers to pursue the Resolute Man distinction.

Our Sacred Purpose

Our Sacred Purpose equips Vice Presidents of Health and Safety with the skills to promote a culture of well-being and responsibility within their chapter and across campus. Training emphasizes the VPHS role in risk reduction, member support, and the implementation of Sacred Purpose® in ways that strengthen the chapter and protect its people.

Amplify Theta Chi

Amplify Theta Chi is the Fraternity’s premier recruitment conference for Recruitment Chairmen. Built around a results-driven curriculum, the training provides modern recruitment tactics, practical planning tools, and proven strategies to help chapters attract and retain the kind of men who will thrive in our Fraternity.
