Jill Zager

About Jill

Jill has served on the International Headquarters staff as Director of Annual Giving for the Foundation Chapter of Theta Chi since 2023. In this role, she leads the Foundation’s annual giving program, overseeing donor stewardship, annual fund strategy, marketing, and initiatives that strengthen philanthropic support for the Foundation Chapter’s Excellence Fund.

A proud alumna of Sigma Sigma Sigma, she has served her sorority for over a decade as a volunteer, including national alumnae chapter coordinator from 2013 to 2016. She currently serves as the collegiate advisory board chair for McKendree University’s collegiate Tri Sigma chapter.

Jill earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University and a Certificate in Fund Raising Management from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. She is committed to connecting donors with opportunities to make a lasting impact on future generations of Resolute Men and advancing the mission of Theta Chi Fraternity.
