Resolute Man Event Track

The Event Track is an International Headquarters-facilitated event that occurs once per academic year and brings brothers together across North America through once-in-a-lifetime events designed to build character and create true friendship.

2026/2027’s Event Track will be The Initiative Academy, and each session will be held at the Alpha Iota Chapter House in Bloomington, IN.

Objective and Description:

The Initiative Academy guides participants on a deep dive into the topics of leadership development, composition, and management of the International Fraternity, and civic engagement. You will work in both large and small groups to improve your leadership skills, understand the importance of civic engagement, and develop a strategic plan. This year’s Event Track will introduce you to leaders of the Theta Chi Fraternity and International Headquarters staff, and assist you with creating bonds with other collegiate brothers from across North America.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Enhanced leadership and teamwork skills, specifically in communication and relationship building.
  • Understanding of the leadership and management composition of Theta Chi Fraternity, its mission, and operations.
  • Knowledge of building a strategic plan with a team to advance a mission based on a vision.
  • Improved awareness of the importance of civic engagement in collegiate communities and beyond.
