Theta Chi at Western Illinois officially began April 14th 1968 when the Zeta Psi Chapter was originally installed. However, prior to becoming the Zeta Psi Chapter, the founding fathers were members of Phi Theta and Western Club which eventually combined and became Theta Chi at Western Illinois University.
