The Dedication Ceremony for the new Theta Chi Fraternity International Headquarters in Carmel, IN was held on April 26, 2014.
Speakers included Executive Director Mike Mayer, National President Dick Elder, and James Brainard, Mayor of Carmel, IN. The invocation delivered by National Chaplain Doug Miller.
Citations of Honor were presented to Mike Kistler, President of the Norwich Housing Corporation, and IHQ staff members Jim Powell and Cindy BIllman for their efforts in finding, purchasing and preparing the building.
The ribbon was cut by the current National President, Dick Elder, with assistance from 7 Past National Presidents (Dave DeVol, Dale Taylor, Carlton Bennett, Pat O'Connor, Jim McEachern, Paul Norstrem, Doug Allen); President of the Norwich Housing Corporation Mike Kistler; Mayor Jim Brainard; and current Executive Director, Mike Mayer with former Executive Directors Jim Powell (and Dale Taylor). The Foundation Chapter was represented by their current President, Carlton Bennett.
