The Fraternity Executives Association (FEA) is the professional association of men’s and women’s fraternity executives and is dedicated to the common interests of its members and promotes, supports, and encourages the free discussion and exchange of ideas relating to college fraternal organizations.

FEA members are chief staff officers of the administrative offices of general college social fraternal organizations who promote and uphold the Code of Ethics of the Association.

Chief Executive Officer Michael J. Mayer (Epsilon Phi/Central Missouri 2004) has served as CEO of Theta Chi Fraternity since May 1, 2010. On May 31, 2024, Theta Chi CEO Mike Mayer was installed as President of the Fraternity Executives Association.

Mayer is the fifth Theta Chi to be elected FEA President, joining Alfred H. Aldridge (Pi/Dickinson 1912), George W. Chapman (Omega/Penn State 1920), Howard R. Alter, Jr. (Omega/Penn State 1941), and David L. Westol (Beta Zeta/Michigan State 1973).

"I am humbled and honored by the confidence you have shown in electing me President of this distinguished and historic association. I have been so grateful to all of you throughout my 14 years as executive for your wisdom, guidance, and true friendship. You are my brothers and sisters.

None of us can do the work we do without the backing of extraordinary teams. And so, I express my sincere gratitude to the members of the Theta Chi International Headquarters staff and our many volunteers past and present who have been steadfast supporters of me as CEO and in my service to FEA.

I also wish to acknowledge and thank my Theta Chi predecessors who have also held the office of FEA President. These men have all served as a mentor to me whether I had the opportunity to know them personally or just through the Theta Chi history books."

The brothers of Theta Chi Fraternity express their heartfelt congratulations to Brother Mike Mayer and their pride in this honor.

The Grand Chapter and the International Fraternity affirm Theta Chi Fraternity's commitment to interfraternalism.

Join us in wishing Brother Mayer well as he executes FEA's mission to provide for the professional development of its members while promoting the values and success of the fraternal movement.
