Iota Lambda chapter at Longwood University was recently recognized at the annual Greek Awards Ceremony held Jan. 26, 2014.
The Greek Awards Ceremony, hosted by Order of Omega and the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life, brings together the entire Greek community to recognize both individual and chapter wide achievements during the past year. Brothers of Iota Lambda were recognized for the following individual achievements during the ceremony. Brother Ryan Pereira 2014, former Chapter President was recognized as the IFC President of the Year. Brother Taylor Anderson 2014 was recognized as a recipient of the Ed Cunningham Panhellenic Award. Brother Cam Patterson 2010 was recognized as a recipient of the Joyce M. Trent Chapter Advisor of the Year Award.
Collectively Iota Lambda chapter was recognized with the following awards; Outstanding New Member Education Award, Outstanding Social Programming Award, Outstanding Academic Programming Award, and Outstanding Chapter of the Year.
