CARMEL, IN (July 22, 2014). Theta Chi Fraternity is pleased to announce the sale of its former headquarters building, located at 3330 Founders Road in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Kappa Alpha Theta Women's Fraternity. Motivated by a need for additional office space to accommodate its growing staff, Theta Chi began operation in its recently purchased new facility at 865 W. Carmel Drive in Carmel, Indiana on April 1, 2014.
With its headquarters occupying in a neighboring lot northeast of Theta Chi, Kappa Alpha Theta purchased the building to serve as additional office space to provide expanded working facilities for their staff members. Kappa Alpha Theta will remodel the building and will seek to occupy in early 2015.
"Theta Chi Fraternity wishes the Women of Kappa Alpha Theta many years of success in the building that served Theta Chi so well for over 20 years," said Theta Chi Fraternity Executive Director Michael Mayer. Theta Chi purchased the bulding from Zeta Tau Alpha Women's Fraternity and moved into the building at 3330 Founders Road on December 21, 1993.
