Joining the Theta Chi International Headquarters staff is a perfect opportunity to grow and develop as a professional, support a truly important cause and organization, and work toward a common goal with the support of fellow teammates.

Below are staffing updates on our team members who recently departed the International Headquarters. We thank them for their efforts and support during their time on staff and wish them well on their future endeavors! 

Nick Bottiglieri (Iota Theta/Central Florida 2020)

Nick served as Field Executive/Assistant Director of Chapter Development from June 2020 to July 2023. Nick’s personal highlights while working on staff include serving as one of the last Field Executives before the Fraternity switched to the Assistant Director of Chapter Development model, visiting 62 chapters and working with 116 chapters over the last three years, and becoming an Honorary Member of Delta Rho Chapter at North Carolina State University. Nick’s last day on staff will be July 28 and he will be attending law school at Barry University in Orlando, FL, this fall.

Cody Cline (Eta Gamma/Morehead 2021)

Cody Cline served as a Growth Specialist from June 2021 to November 2022. He aided in the establishment of Delta Kappa Colony at Ball State University, Alpha Beta Chapter at the University of Pittsburgh, and restructuring Omega Chapter at Penn State University. Cody now seeks to attend physical therapy school.

Kristyn Cooper

Kristyn Cooper served as the Development Data Coordinator for the Foundation Chapter from November 2021 to June 2023, assisting with the scholarship program. Kristyn now serves as a part time grant writer in Indianapolis.

Tara Dunn

Tara Dunn joined staff in October 2014 as an Administrative Assistant. She then served as Assistant Director of Collegiate Services and was then promoted to Director of Collegiate Services where she dedicated her time working with chapters and helping them set a new standard of excellence on their campuses. Tara concluded her time at IHQ as Senior Director of Collegiate Services in March 2023, aiding chapters through conduct processes at their college/university. Her hard work and dedication over the past nine years saved many chapters and has enabled current and future generations of young men to have a positive Theta Chi experience. Tara now serves as a Project Coordinator for Lenex Steel in Indianapolis.

Dalton Fischer (Iota Beta/Missouri State 2017)

Dalton served as the Director of Communications from October 2021 to March of 2023. Dalton increased our number of followers on our social media platforms and aided in establishing the Theta Chi brand and the official Theta Chi store. He supported the Foundation Chapter’s Founders Day and #GivingTuesday initiatives and assisted behind-the-scenes with IT at the office. Dalton now serves as Communications Manager for Silver Dollar City Attractions, an amusement park located in Branson, MO.

Emma Geshay

Emma Geshay (née MacDougall) joined the staff in October 2019 as a Receptionist. Emma then served the Foundation Chapter through April 2023 as a Project Manager, the Assistant Director of Development, and concluded her service as the Director of Annual Giving. Throughout her time with the Foundation Chapter, she managed the Excellence Fund, scholarship program, stewardship initiatives, and completed other duties in support of Theta Chi’s development efforts. Prior to her departure, Emma led another successful Founders Day of Giving campaign, ultimately raising $257,000. Emma now serves as the Association Director of Annual Giving for the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis.

Dylan Inman (Delta Rho/NC State 2022)

Dylan served as a Growth Specialist from June to November 2022 and assisted in recruiting the core group of men who established Delta Phi Colony at the University of North Texas. He now serves as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving at his alma mater in Raleigh, NC.

Bobby Kakoleski (Epsilon Rho/Rider 2021)

Bobby served as Assistant Director of Chapter Development from August 2021 to November 2022. Bobby was responsible for the entire Midwest region during his first year on staff, then was responsible for the Northeast region prior to his departure from IHQ staff. Bobby now seeks to pursue a master’s degree in Higher Education.

Jermaine Merritt (Epsilon Tau/Stephen F. Austin 2015)

Jermaine previously served as a Field Executive in 2016 and as a Graduate Student Recruiter at Southern Methodist University prior to returning to the headquarters staff in July 2021 as the Director of Growth. Jermaine worked with our Colony Presidents and guided them toward (re)installation and established partnerships with many college and university administrators leading to offers for Theta Chi to (re)colonize. He served until April 2023, with one of his final duties including leading the reinstallation of Alpha Beta Chapter at the University of Pittsburgh. Jermaine now serves as the Assistant Director of Transfer Admission at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Jacob Moore (Eta Gamma/Morehead 2021)

Jacob served as a Growth Specialist from June 2021 to November 2022. Jacob worked on revitalizing Alpha Psi Chapter at the University of Maryland and recruited members for Alpha Upsilon Colony at the University of Nebraska and Delta Kappa Colony at Ball State University. Jacob now works for Verizon in Lexington, KY.

Zach Russell (Delta Alpha/Linfield 2022)

Zach served as a Growth Specialist from June 2022 to May 2023. Zach was instrumental in rebuilding Alpha Upsilon Colony at the University of Nebraska and Delta Phi Colony at the University of North Texas. Zach now lives in Texas and is studying for his real estate license.

Louis Votre (Gamma/Maine 2021)

Louis served as a Growth Specialist from December 2021 to January 2023. Louis’ work focused primarily on recruiting members for Alpha Upsilon Colony at the University of Nebraska and Delta Kappa Colony at Ball State University. Louis now works for Verizon in Lexington, KY.
