Four members of Nu Chapter, Kevin Gutermuth (2013), John Bishop (2013), Jake Pierce (2014) and Will Smith (2013), are members of the Lambda Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa, the national honorary leadership fraternity. Members of ODK, at many schools, represent the top 1% of student leaders on campus. After Jake Pierce's nomination this Spring, Theta Chi is not only the most represented fraternity, but also the most represented organization at Hampden-Sydney College.
